Petal Rewards Program Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Petal Rewards Program at Flower Gallery.

By participating in the Program you agree to these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program (or any part) at any time, with or without notice.


1. Membership & Enrollment

  • Enrollment in the Program is free.
  • To join, you must create an account on our online store or opt in during checkout.
  • Only one rewards account per person is permitted. Duplicate, merged, or fraudulent accounts may be cancelled or suspended.

2. Earning Petals

  • Base rate: You earn 10 petals per $1 spent on qualifying purchases (USD).
  • Petals are awarded on product items only; taxes, delivery fees, service charges, gift wrapping, and other fees do not earn petals.
  • Petals are only earned on purchases made after October 1st, 2025 and after you joined the Program; past purchases do not retroactively earn petals.
  • Additional ways to earn petals may include:
    • Sign-up bonus (example: 100 petals)
    • First order bonus
    • Birthday bonus
    • Social media engagement or promotional events
    • Referral rewards
    (All bonus-earning methods are subject to change at our discretion.)
  • We reserve the right to withhold or revoke petals if we suspect fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

3. VIP Tiers

  • The Program includes tier levels (for example: Bronze, Silver, Gold) based on cumulative petals earned.
  • Each tier may grant additional benefits such as multipliers on petals earned, early access to promotions, or exclusive offers.
  • Tier qualification, benefits, and thresholds may change at our discretion.
  • Tier status is evaluated periodically (for example: monthly or quarterly).

4. Redeeming Petals

  • Petals have no cash value and may only be redeemed for rewards, discounts, or products as designated by us.
  • Sample redemption: $5 off for 500 petals. 
  • Redemptions are currently available only for online purchases made through our website.
  • The number of petals redeemed cannot exceed the value of eligible products in a transaction.
  • Petal redemptions cannot normally be combined with other coupons or promotions unless explicitly allowed.
  • Once used, redeemed petals are deducted from your balance and cannot be reinstated.
  • We may place limits on redemptions (for example: maximum discount per order or one redemption per day).

5. Referral Program

  • You may be eligible to refer new customers to earn bonus petals or discounts.
  • Referral rewards generally apply only to new customers who have not previously placed an order or joined the Program.
  • Referral rewards requires a minimum purchase by the referred customer  before the reward is granted.
  • We reserve the right to change referral terms, limit referrals, or disallow abuse.

6. Inactivity, Termination & Expiration

  • Petals do not expire under normal circumstances unless we state otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your membership and forfeit unredeemed petals at any time for policy violations, fraud, misuse, or at our discretion.
  • We may terminate or modify the entire Program (or any part) at any time, with or without prior notice.

7. Non-Transferability & Ownership

  • Petals are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or combined with another person’s account.
  • We retain all rights to the Program, including intellectual property, structure, and operation.

8. Changes to the Program

  • We reserve the right to change, limit, modify, or cancel membership or any term of these Terms & Conditions, including ways to earn or redeem petals, tier structure, referral rules, and limitations.
  • Changes will take effect after being posted to our website. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

  • Yes! We also provide complimentary delivery to Pasadena. Ensure timely ordering to allow for preparation and delivery before service time.
